I enjoy riding my bike because it provides many benefits as well as experiences. One benefit is being fit because riding your bike helps your core and legs. Another benefit is it also really enjoying. Also it include releasing stress, anxiety and sometimes depression . This can help people especially since we are increasingly treating these issues as diseases. Also, it can be used as an alternative to drugs or possibly therapy in the near future.
